1) How do I find the product I am looking for?
Use the navigation links on the top banner of our site, choose your preferred manufacture or garment.
You can also find the product you require by using our Shop by Product or Shop By Brand on the left hand side of our site. click here (main Page)

2) What happens if I wish to return something?

3) Do you supply samples?
Yes we can supply samples. If you require a sample please contact our sales department either by phone 01202 650123 or sales@eliteteamwear.co.uk (link to sales) All samples are charged in full and refunded upon receipt of order. This does not include personalised samples which are non-returnable.

4) Do your prices Include VAT?
No. All prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added to your order, if appropriate, as you progress through the checkout.

5) Do your prices include the cost of my logo design?

6) How fast can you deliver personalised products?
We average 7-10 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement. Sometimes this can extend to 10-14 working days during busy periods. Please contact us (link to contact us) if you have a very tight deadline.

9) What payment methods do you accept?

No not for purchases from our website.

Absolutely not. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only send you further information about our products and special offers. You can even opt out of this service on our website. We will never give your details to any 3rd party for marketing purposes.

12) How do I cancel my order?
