Delivery Policy

Elite Teamwear Delivery Policy

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT LEAVE ITEMS WITHOUT A SIGNATURE.

Delivery is charged on our website at the point of ordering and we use a national delivery company.

For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands/Isle Of Man, the total carriage charge is an additional £20. Delivery and may take 3 to 4 business days longer than our standard delivery time.

Personalised products- We average 7-10 working days from artwork and order acknowledgement to dispatch for next day delivery within the UK mainland.

Non-personalised products - Garments without logos and without personalisation average 5 –7 working days to dispatch for next day delivery within the UK mainland.

If any customer requires a quicker turnaround we may be able to accommodate you however we will have to add a 33% premium. Please contact us (link to contact us) if you have a very tight deadline.

In the case of shortage or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed by the delivery driver and Elite Teamwear Ltd must be informed within 24hrs of goods receipt.

Delivery will be made to the address you completed on our website and at our discretion we may deliver the goods in reasonable installments. Each installment will be treated as a separate contract, and you must accept the installments accordingly. Our liability in respect of any claim notified to us within the timescales detailed in our Terms and Conditions and our Delivery Policy is limited to the replacement of the goods or refund of the price, at our discretion, and does not extend to any indirect or consequential loss.

Occasionally, demand outstrips supply and we may be out of stock of one or more items that you have ordered. In this event, you will be offered an alternative, or your order may go on "Back Order" or you may cancel the order if you prefer. We will contact you to discuss your order if necessary.

We aim to better our delivery averages as detailed above. However, we ask that you allow up to 15 Working Days for delivery during busy periods.

We carry a vast range of stock for all items on our website; however there are times when we receive an influx of orders for a particular product that results in us having to replenish our stock from suppliers. In situations where this occurs a member of our customer services team will be in touch to keep you informed of any delays.
